About Me

Hello! Thanks for taking a look at my site. My name is Tim and I’m an emerging interior design professional eager to contribute my skills and experience, and to learn and grow in the design field.

After a decade in construction, working my way up in the trades, I transitioned into construction management and spent some years working as an assistant superintendent, project engineer and an estimator for a general contractor. In 2011, I pursued a degree in construction management and then went on to study interior architecture. Having completed my Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design at Bellevue College, I’m pursuing an entry level position as an interior architect in the Greater Seattle area.

In mid August 2017, I wrapped up an internship at Unispace in Seattle, a global design and delivery contractor that specializes in TI projects for corporate clients. While at Unispace I contributed to both the design and construction management teams in various phases of projects. Currently, I’m keeping my skills fresh by teaching Revit and SketchUp to others, as a private instructor. I also teach rendering skills in Podium, as well as basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. I’ve done some pro bono design work and have also assisted on some commercial projects by creating Revit or SketchUp models.

If interested in knowing more about me, inviting me to interview or asking me to join you on a project, my contact info is on LindedIn. Feel free to reach out and connect.
