In late 2016, Arts Unlimited of Renton (a 501c3) requested my help in producing a 3D model with renderings for marketing purposes, to obtain sponsors for the renovations needed to build a gallery. The model I created is for their 2500 square feet of raw space in downtown Renton, WA. You’ll see in the renderings, I installed a few props but left the walls blank to showcase available white space once renovation is completed. The model was created in SketchUp and the renderings were produced using SU Podium, all gratis.
